- Symposium 2010: Public Policy and Sustainable Portfolios

The fall symposium will explore how policy and regulatory developments in the United States and abroad will shape the way SRI funds and research providers collect and analyze information on companies and investment opportunities in the SRI arena. Topics will include recent developments on financial reform, climate-related disclosures and ESG disclosure, as well as efforts by SIF to gain passage of a bill creating and SRI investment option in the Federal Thrift Savings Plan for federal employees. Speakers will include leaders from the SRI industry, regulators, policymakers and representatives from civil society.
