Vice President, Advisor Sales

Pax World Investments is seeking an experienced Vice President of Advisor Sales to lead our investment product wholesaling efforts in the Western Division serving Registered Investment Advisor, and Broker-Dealer and Wirehouse channels.

Primary Responsibilities
• Apply proven wholesaling experience to develop and manage advisor relationships in the Western Sales Division
• Target top advisors, producers and branches within large geographic territory to create awareness of Pax’s offerings and drive sales
• Apply outstanding communication, time management and territory management skills to maximize effectiveness
• Under direction of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, create sales territory plan detailing strategy to identify, develop, and close top opportunities
• Communicate and coordinate sales priorities with Marketing, Operations and other functional groups
• Maintain and update sales activity information for each quality contact in company CRM system to ensure production levels
• Represent company at industry forums and professional associations
• 40-60% travel

Qualifications
• 5+ years proven wholesaling experience in the western US territory and ability to raise assets
• Expert knowledge of mutual funds and ETFs
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate in-depth knowledge of Pax’s product offerings and investment strategies
• Expert knowledge and relationships of advisors in the Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor channels
• Outstanding time, territory management and communication skills
• High integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical standards
• Bachelors Degree required (MBA or higher education preferred)
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Knowledge of and experience in socially responsible investing, related fields, or equivalent experience with NGOs, non-profits or social- or mission-driven organizations a plus
