Start date: January 4, 2010 POSITION PURPOSE
To work as part of a dynamic research team in a growing office committed to the development of responsible investing and sustainability in North America and globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research, analyze and rate the ESG performance of publicly traded companies and prepare profiles to be published in the Sustainalytics Platform
• Participate in quality assurance and best-of-sector analysis for assigned peer groups
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership through writing reports/client briefings and public facing activities QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Graduate degree in related discipline (environmental or social sciences or MBA)
• Relevant work experience in related field(s)
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and/or responsible investing
• Expertise in the Financial Services sector a plus
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent business writing skills
• Experience engaging with clients, the media and other stakeholders
• Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail
