POSITION DETAILS Job Type: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Pay Type: Salaried Location: Boston POSITION PURPOSE To coordinate research on controversial business involvement (CBI) and corporate compliance for U.S. and global Responsible Investment markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • coordinate completion of CBI and compliance research • supervise at least two support staff (on- and/or off-site) • conduct CBI and compliance research QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Graduate degree in related discipline (environmental or social sciences or MBA) • A minimum of three years of work experience in related field(s) • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and/or responsible investing • Demonstrated success managing small teams • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent business writing skills • Experience engaging with clients, the media and other stakeholders • Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail • Flexibility and adaptability REMUNERATION Salary is commensurate with experience.
